At Mystic Forest, we carefully package every crystal, bracelet, and spiritual item with love and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and carries its full energy to you.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (including weekends and public holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., certain fox statues) may take longer; we will notify you separately.
- Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Shipping Destinations & Fees
- Global Free Shipping: We offer free shipping worldwide to any location — whether you are in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else.
- No minimum order value is required to enjoy free shipping.
Delivery Time & Tracking
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or logistics. Typical delivery times are:
- United States and Canada: 7–18 business days
- Other Regions: 10–25 business days (depending on the destination)
- All packages include tracking service. You can check the latest status anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- We primarily partner with ShipAny to ensure safe delivery of your crystals.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All customs duties and taxes are already included in the selling price.
- Customers do not need to pay any additional customs or tax fees upon delivery.
- We handle shipments on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis so your shopping experience is worry-free.
Shipping of Fragile Items (Crystals & Jewelry)
- Each item is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and cushioning material, then placed in a sturdy box.
- We use discreet outer packaging to protect your privacy and the sacred nature of the items.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details).
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking), we will work with ShipAny to investigate and will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
- Please wait 7 business days after the estimated delivery window before contacting us about a delay.
Changing Shipping Address
- We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
